Each employee is carefully handpicked, screened, and skill tested before being considered for the opportunity to be a member of Reliance HomeCare’s team. Our caregivers must pass state and national background checks. In addition, Reliance HomeCare requires each individual to pass multiple skills and competency tests, as well as English writing and speaking skills.
